Eshant is handling the operations of the Trust. He also designs and drives our processes for responsible and transparent financial accounting and management. He brings over fifteen years of financial and accounting experience from private, NGO and agency sector organizations, backed up with a Bacholer's Degree in Computers. He meticulously applies his experiences and learnings in the philanthropy sector to his day-to-day work and interactions with people and plays a key role in building the financial capacity of our over two hundred social change partners.
Nisha Dubey has worked in the social sector for over 15 years. She has worked on a wide range of verticals from maternal and child health, family planning, adolescent’s reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, girl child education to community awareness programs including fundraising for CSR interventions. She has also managed several projects across various states of India. Nisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications. She enjoys writing poetry, reading and dancing in her free time.
Rajiv ensures that team operations run smoothly across our locations. He oversees our administration and supports our financial management. He is solution oriented and brings a warmth to his interactions that helps people, systems and processes to work efficiently. He also loves technology and IT and ensures that our office infrastructure works glitch-free.
Revathi Banerjee has over fifteen years of experience in the development sector and works as a consultant for organizations in West Bengal, Jharkhand, Odissa. Revathi mentors and support many youth groups to develop their organizational capacities. Revathi has been supporting the iPartner India Program Team and One Team One Dream project by ensuring that activities in the community and centre are well documented and reports are prepared based on project requirements and timelines are maintained.
Mr. Kanhaiya Lal Sharma is the accountant of the Rakshan Project. He has pursued a master's in arts. Kanhaiya Lal Sharma is involved in the field of finance for the last 26 years. Kanhaiya Lal Sharma has extensive knowledge of logistical support and helps the program team in the successful implementation of various activities. When not working, he could be found listening to bhajans and old songs.
